Our review of the federal regulations and expert guidance indicates that Cardinal drivers who drive solo and have minimal contact with others indoors will be exempt from the vaccination/testing requirements. It appears that many of our drivers will not be required to provide vaccination or testing records, however, this could change as OSHA and others provides more guidance. We are still reviewing the mandate and will continue to provide updates to Cardinal’s policies and procedures during this process.
